I am currently nearing the end of my time at community college and will be continuing my degree at a four year university where I will obtain a bachelor’s degree in design, arts, and technology as well as completing a complementary major in digital art. I am currently working as a freelance graphic designer, mostly creating album artwork and creating posters for local musicians. My passion is in the entertainment industry and hope to one day design for larger record labels and film studios.

The above image is a logo I designed for a record label by the name of More or Less Authentic. or MOLA. The brand’s mission is to deliver an authentic music experience for their listeners. I hope to do more work along these lines in the future. While I tend to lean more towards the illustrative side of design, I thoroughly enjoy the logo design and brand identity processes.

While a degree in graphic design is not necessary for the majority of positions in the design world. I hope that my education will help me fulfill higher level positions within a design agency or even an a company’s inhouse brand team. Furthering my education will open doors for creative director positions and the like.
